In the 1970s, the Cerrado region was considered an undeveloped savannah, unfit for coffee. But through a season of pioneering spirit and "restoration" of the land, it has become one of the most innovative coffee regions on earth. Our Restoration roast is a tribute to this second life.

Sourced from a select group of farmers in this high-altitude biome, these beans are sun-ripened on the branch until they are bursting with concentrated sugars. The result is a cup that tastes like home rich, creamy, and profoundly sweet. It is a reminder that with enough sun and a little patience, even the most tired ground can produce something beautiful.
