TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Living Water Roasters. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Living Water Roasters. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (PURCHASE OPTIONS)

By signing up for the Monthly and Bi-Monthly Roast Exploration, you acknowledge that this is a recurring subscription.

  • Automatic Billing: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method every [1/2 Months/30/60 Days] until you cancel.

  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. PERISHABLE GOODS & FOOD SAFETY

  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, all sales are final.

  • Consumption: Our coffee is intended for consumption within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for the degradation of flavor or quality due to improper storage once the product has been delivered.

  • Allergens: We only process coffee at our facility, no other products.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all coffee passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the subscriber's responsibility to maintain a current shipping address in the Customer Portal. We are not responsible for boxes delivered to old or incorrect addresses.

5. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Proprietary Data: All roast curves, "Field Notes," and digital downloads provided with coffees are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of these proprietary materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

  • Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate roast data and origin information, we do not warrant that the information is error-free.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Living Water Roasters be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.
