1. Roasting & Processing Schedule
To ensure maximum freshness, Living Water Roasters roasts to order.

Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–3 business days to roast, package, and prepare for shipment.

Subscription Boxes: The "Roast Exploration" boxes ship on a fixed monthly or bi-monthly schedule. You will receive a notification from Living Water Roasters when your specific roast cycle begins and your order is on its way.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS.

Free Shipping: Living Water Roasters offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders minimum of 2, 8 oz bags required for purchase.
3. Shipping Environment & Product Integrity
Roasted coffee is sensitive to extreme temperatures and moisture.

Weather Awareness: While Living Water Roasters uses high-quality, one-way valve bags to protect your coffee, we are not responsible for product degradation caused by packages left in extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or rain after delivery.

Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee the integrity of the roast upon arrival. If your package is damaged or the seal is broken, please contact Living Water Roasters within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from Living Water Roasters containing your tracking number once your order has been handed to the carrier. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Living Water Roasters ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Living Water Roasters only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping to ensure the freshness and quality of our roasted coffee is not compromised by long transit times.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Living Water Roasters is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after the carrier marks the item as "Delivered." We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.
